Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building innovative solutions at scale. As a key member of our technology team, you'll have a significant impact on our core architectures and help drive Index Exchange forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust APIs and efficient monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale end-to-end solutions
  • Work with Go, C++, Java, or other high-performance backend technologies
  • Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, Aerospike, Kafka, or other database or data streaming technologies
  • Contribute to the development of front-end technologies and testing practices
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and expertise in solving complex business problems
  • Experience with high-performance backend technologies and database systems
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
