Position Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be a key member of our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team, working with a high degree of independence to plan, deliver, and evaluate rehabilitation services for children and adult populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, identify, and treat clients with varying ages and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement client-centered, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work under stress and time constraints
