Blossoms ECE Centre is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues.
  • Criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, medical exam, immunization records, and tuberculosis test.
  • Own transportation.
