About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Alpha Physiotherapy and Rehab Clinic Sandalwood. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from various injuries or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress to track their improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong judgment and accuracy to ensure precise documentation and treatment plans.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Reliability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Team player to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
