We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full case belt picking and placing with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate Auto Cart Loader (ACL) and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Utilize warehouse computer systems to manage inventory and track orders.
- Load and unload bulk and individual cases from trailers with precision and care.
- Strap and bundle cardboard with attention to detail.
- Gather pallet boards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Manually load individual cases onto carts and trailers with ease.
- Perform autonomous maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in all work areas.
- Attend regular warehouse team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous operations experience preferred, but not required.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift and carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 8-12 hours a day.
- Must be able to push and pull up to 80 lbs. frequently.
- Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
- Must complete Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhere to all relevant policies.
