- Inventory Management: Utilize production sheets to accurately record food production quantities and cooking, holding, and cooling temperatures.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, storage, and work areas, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Dining Services Coordinator and other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: One (1) year job-related experience in food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or other similar environment.
- Certifications: Maintain the following certifications and ongoing training and re-education as required by Sunrise and regulations and laws as applicable: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, ServSafe Manager Certificate, Local Health Department Food Handler Card.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
