About The Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at The Brick. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with our suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Schedule Transportation Conveyances: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from our warehouses and distribution centers.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Pack and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly secured and labeled.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Check incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Identify and document any discrepancies or damage to goods received.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly packaged and labeled.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Unpack and inspect goods received, ensuring they are accurate and in good condition.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouses and distribution centers.
