We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Worker to join our team at Geller's Design | Build | Landscape. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our design team to bring outdoor spaces to life, including planting, pruning, and installing hardscapes.
- Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of plants and trees through regular pruning and trimming.
- Cut Grass: Ensure lawns are well-manicured and maintained to the highest standards.
- Rake and Collect Refuse: Keep outdoor spaces clean and free of debris.
- Remove Litter and Garbage: Ensure outdoor spaces are free of litter and garbage.
- Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the installation of new plants and hardscapes.
- Lay Sod or Seed: Help to establish new lawns and outdoor spaces.
- Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Assist with the installation of new plants and trees.
- Apply Fertilizers: Maintain the health of plants and trees through regular fertilization.
- Repair and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in good working order to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure all outdoor spaces are well-watered and maintained.
- Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Safely operate and maintain all equipment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
- Experience an Asset: While not required, experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is an asset.
