Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will have the opportunity to work on various construction projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced carpenters in completing construction projects
  • Learn and apply various carpentry techniques and methods
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and supervisors
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Working at heights training
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will work on various construction projects, including commercial and residential sites. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working in a team to achieve project goals.
