Position Overview

Watson Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Agent to manage procurement processes effectively. This role is essential in ensuring that our organization acquires the necessary resources to operate efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP education is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire general and specialized equipment, materials, or services.
  • Evaluate the needs of the organization to formulate specifications for purchases.
  • Develop detailed specifications for required equipment and supplies.
  • Engage in consultations with suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing.
  • Review and analyze quotations from various vendors.
  • Establish terms and conditions for contracts.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor their adherence.
  • Address and resolve issues with clients and suppliers.
  • Oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail and MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
