Your contributions will make a significant impact every day, as we strive to restore fire and water damage to its original state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
- Provide prompt responses to potential clients.
- Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software.
- Facilitate client approval of project scopes and estimates.
- Coordinate and supervise crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
- Review documentation to support services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage production costs, including equipment and material assets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.
Position Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
- Experience in the cleaning and restoration industry is essential.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in handling cleaning products and chemicals.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
- Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable laws.
