About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Sahib Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our experienced mechanics in maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics with tooling, equipment, and material movement
  • Support tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment
Work Environment

Our team works in an urban area, and you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to lift, bend, and crouch as part of your duties.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
