We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm, BC.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to patients in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Work in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Shuswap Lake General Hospital is a 43-bed Level 2 Community Hospital located between Kamloops and Revelstoke, offering services including surgical, inpatient, obstetrics, and 24-hour emergency care.
Requirements- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
- Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current CPR certification.
