Compensation: $20 – $25/ hour (full-time / permanent)

At On Side Restoration, we're seeking a skilled Laborer to join our restoration team. As a Laborer, you'll play a vital role in helping us rebuild and restore damaged personal and commercial property after disasters strike.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience and desire to perform physical work and heavy lifting
  • Understanding and experience using hand and power tools
  • Interest in cross-training, helping team members, and growing with the company
  • Critical thinking, curious nature, and a desire to learn
  • Strong people, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • A safety mindset and valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate in English

Additional skills:

  • Experience in construction, home renovation, particularly demolition
  • WHMIS and First Aid certifications
