Retail Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and engaging Assistant Manager to significantly contribute to the success of our store by assisting the Store Manager in guiding, mentoring, and developing our team of Sales Associates to meet all sales, customer service, and operational objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in supervisory roles, coaching, and retail operations acquired in a dynamic retail setting. Required Qualifications
Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics sector Capability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and tailored customer service Prior supervisory experience with a solid history of coaching and guiding others to meet sales and customer service goals Experience in retail operations, including inventory oversight and cash management Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Candidates must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to live and work in the country if selected for an interview Anticipated Hourly Range $21.78 to $32.69 (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
