We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tim Horton's Team Member at the Saint Mary's University campus.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- 1+ years' experience working in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience working for Tim Horton's franchise considered an asset.
- Serve Safe and First Aid certification an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling heavy objects. A uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
