Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Visual Communications Specialist to join our team at FASTSIGNS. As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet their visual communication goals.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss sales strategies, customer feedback, and business goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
