As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer or Specialist, you'll become a vital member of our Technical Airworthiness Group (TAG). You'll provide essential support, training, feedback, and guidance to Engineering teams across our organization.
Your Impact:- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with TAG Engineers, Engineering Directors/Managers, and other functional groups to identify opportunities for new projects. Utilize data mining techniques from platforms like Navixa and SA Menu to formulate compelling value propositions based on insights gleaned from existing data. Uncover trends and potential areas for improvement, such as streamlining processes, reducing costs, or optimizing turnaround times.
- Enhance Quality Assurance: Participate in containment exercises for Quality Escapes. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify common threads and patterns within affected populations, contributing to effective resolution strategies.
- Champion AI Integration: Lead the strategic planning for integrating AI tools into Engineering practices and processes. Provide valuable input for the AI Roadmap/Strategy, focusing on its impact on Engineering and Quality functions. Spearhead projects and tasks to execute this strategic plan, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Empower Engineering Teams: Create targeted skills training programs for Engineering and Quality staff, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively access and analyze StandardAero's data using essential queries and analytical tools.
- Optimize Data Visibility: Develop universal queries and reports that facilitate the generation of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all engineering departments. Identify areas for improvement within our corporate ERP software to enhance data capture and support more robust analytics.
- Foster Cross-Platform Collaboration: Gain a deep understanding of both Navixa and SA Menu ERP systems. Identify best practices and functionalities that can be shared between platforms. Collaborate with MIS Business Analysts and stakeholders to drive improvements and optimize the functionality of our ERP applications.
