We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our construction and renovation projects, develop effective marketing strategies, and lead a team of staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Select and coordinate trade subcontractors and their activities
  • Inspect and ensure quality of subcontractors' work
  • Design and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Manage project budgets and finances
  • Perform various trade work during construction or renovation activities
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff
  • Develop and implement business and financial plans
  • Prepare estimates and bids for projects
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on project plans and specifications
  • Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Ensure compliance with construction permits and regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols
  • Plan and direct daily operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
