As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Preservation and Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that all site equipment adheres to our stringent maintenance standards.

The Preservation and Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in establishing compliance with project maintenance protocols, providing planning and scheduling assistance, and managing data entry. This position is responsible for developing preservation strategies, overseeing preservation technicians, and coordinating with various stakeholders including equipment engineers and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and executing the preservation and maintenance strategy.
  • Oversee all activities related to the protection and upkeep of company equipment until handover to the operations team.
  • Conduct thorough audits on both project-owned and contractor-supplied equipment to facilitate a seamless transition to the commissioning team.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings to stay informed about preservation and maintenance progress.
  • Effectively communicate preventive maintenance requests from internal and external clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate necessary services with clients and maintenance technicians.
  • Input preservation schedule data into the database as provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Audit contractor activities to ensure compliance with preservation protocols.
  • Document and review preservation activities performed by in-house teams for received materials.
  • Maintain and update safety data sheets for preservation products.
  • Provide training on database usage for contractors.
  • Identify and resolve any database-related issues with the provider.
  • Monitor the preservation database for upcoming activities and notify relevant parties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity is required.
  • Basic knowledge of RFID technology is advantageous.
  • Experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, or related fields is preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of construction equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in service delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and make sound decisions.
