Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate health and safety risks
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a construction or project management environment
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
