Position Overview:We are in search of a highly driven and proficient Senior Estimator and Project Manager with a solid foundation in civil engineering or construction. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in estimation, complemented by outstanding project management skills. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing project execution, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute strategic project plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and nurture new business prospects within the civil engineering and construction sectors.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients, presenting innovative solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Remain updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present persuasive project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.
- Demonstrated success in project management and estimation, with at least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering or construction field.
- Strong grasp of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven approach, focused on surpassing project goals and expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required.
