About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our Customer Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage Customer Segments: Identify and prioritize customer segments, and develop targeted marketing programs to engage and retain customers.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute marketing programs that drive business results.
  • Analyze and Report on Marketing Performance: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, and provide regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer marketing or growth marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and growth.
  • Strong Marketing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze key marketing metrics and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results.
