Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Global Product Manager to join our Intelligent Device Group. As a key member of our cross-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for launching new ThinkPads, overseeing product management and launch, and driving customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and sales enablement.
  • Act as primary liaison and subject matter expert for regional product teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive customer engagement activities and feedback for the LBEG product segment, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field (CES, ME/EE).
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a global team environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability, with experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%).
  • Technical skills in programming, ME/EE, and experience in the technology sector.
  • Preferred experience through relevant internships or full-time work in the technology sector.
