Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Process Development Specialist to join our team at Jubilant Pharma, LLC. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes for new product introductions, including process transfer, development of working formulae, and process validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate production processes and develop suitable processes for JHS equipment.
  • Initiate change control documents for new products or changes to existing products.
  • Prepare manufacturing formulae and protocols.
  • Train production employees on new formulae and procedures.
  • Write and execute process validation protocols.
  • Develop and control sampling plans.
  • Write interim and final process validation reports.
  • Support investigations and various departments.
  • Perform product maintenance, including troubleshooting and process improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical manufacture.
  • Advanced computer and software skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
