## Job Title: Occupational Therapist

## Job Summary:

Rehab First Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients who have a variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assessment and treatment services to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
* Provide individualized treatment sessions in the clinic, community, home, or workplace
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Prepare and submit case notes and reports
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

## Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with COTO or working towards registration as a new grad
* Valid CPR certificate
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
* Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
