Retail Store Manager

At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will also be required to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
