Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Avison Young. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating well-designed print and digital collateral for property marketing, new business proposals, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative marketing programs for various teams across the region
  • Manage the design and layout of various marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office programs
  • Create proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, including e-blasts, flyers, floor plans, maps, invitations, boards, signage, and more
  • Track workflow and ensure that jobs are completed in required time frames to client specifications
  • Design research materials, including market reports, newsletters, white papers, and other market positioning deliverables
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on concept and messaging for presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
  • Maintain brand consistency in line with global corporate standards at all times
  • Oversee outsourcing and management of large print jobs and mailings, when needed
  • Stay up-to-date with Avison Young's new technology and innovation initiatives and identify areas of use in the local market

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creative graphic design
  • Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or other related field, or 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
