About the Position:

The Material Handler will be responsible for performing warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
  • Be responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Must be able to deal with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
  • Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
  • Candidate must be able to provide birth certificate and passport as identification.
  • Candidate must have a valid Ontario driver's license and be able to provide utility bills showing current address.
  • Candidate must be able to pass RCMP fingerprint background check.
  • Candidate must have good command over the English language.
