As a Visual Merchandiser at Laura Canada, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's image by training and developing the Store Operations Team to execute the Regional Visual Presentation direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and execute window and in-store set-ups, navigation changes, and other visual displays to meet business needs.
- Assist the Regional Visual Merchandiser with store visits to identify visual training opportunities and develop visual autonomy at the store level.
- Participate in new store openings and renovations within the region.
- Participate or facilitate visual presentation and merchandising training workshops for the Store Operations Team.
- Support 3-5 stores or the equivalent, depending on sales volume.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion with a strong background in display/merchandising.
- Experience in dressing and handling mannequins, as well as merchandising skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and discretion.
- Strong follow-through skills.
- Adaptability.
- Fashion flair and creativity.
- The ability to work physically.
- The ability to support and work in teams.
