Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the tasks of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to team members on their responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire qualified food service personnel.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Oversee a team of 1 to 4 individuals.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Dependable and reliable in all aspects of work.
