Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service. This position requires a commitment to quality and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the tasks of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to team members on their responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service personnel.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.

  • Oversee a team of 1 to 4 individuals.
