Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Beaver Bank Station. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:- Arrange the bar area to create an attractive display of beverages and garnishes.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink pairings.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons and collect payment.
- Order bar stock and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for our customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a client-focused approach.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency required.
