About the Opportunity

Nonotuck Resources Associates, Inc. is seeking a well-balanced caregiver to share their home and life with a person with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping the individual with their daily activities, health, and wellness, while also encouraging community participation and promoting a safe and meaningful lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support the individual's health and wellness needs, including medication management and first aid
  • Encourage community participation and socialization
  • Develop a meaningful relationship with the individual, serving as a roommate and friend

Requirements

  • Must be found suitable through a CORI and National Fingerprint check
  • No previous experience necessary

Nonotuck Resources Associates, Inc. is a state-wide community-based agency providing residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries. We support and assist people who wish to remain living in the community and neighborhoods of their choosing, by matching them with a full-time caregiver.
