About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Construction Trades Assistant to join our team at G-FORCE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced tradespeople with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, equipment, and tools from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Tool Maintenance: Help maintain and repair tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our experienced tradespeople, including assisting with tasks, providing feedback, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
