Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager of Crew Planning, the Long Range Planner plays a crucial role in managing Annual and Monthly vacation allocations.

Collaborating with the Manager of Crew Planning, this position involves assessing fleet vacancies and awards, as well as manpower planning requirements. The Long Range Planner will also work closely with the Pairing Analyst to develop monthly pairings for all crew members across both fleets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and assign vacation schedules utilizing Google Sheets and input relevant data into the 'N-Ops & Crew' management system.
2. Address the planning requirements for two distinct fleets simultaneously, ensuring that vacancy awards are disseminated within the established timelines.
3. Adapt to various regulations, crew qualifications, and operational factors unique to each fleet.
4. Understand, adhere to, and advocate for the Company Safety Policy.

Results Orientation:
Demonstrate a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes that align with organizational standards. Engage in open, honest, and respectful communication with diverse audiences, fostering dialogue and consensus-building.
Proven expertise in aviation planning, crew management, or a related discipline is essential. Proficiency in vacation planning software, pairing optimization tools, and familiarity with crew management systems is required. Attention to detail and a strong dedication to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and crew satisfaction are vital.
