High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead the implementation of our SAP S/4 HANA project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, leading a diverse team of up to 30 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of S/4HANA, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the project team, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Develop and implement a change management plan to ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA.
  • Ensure the project meets the client's expectations in terms of benefits and deliverables.
  • Collect lessons learned and adjust project planning and execution accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an ERP project manager.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written), Microsoft office software packages, and Microsoft Project.
  • University degree or equivalent (e.g. PMP).

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
