Position Overview

Educational Background
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Oversee all production phases for print, audio-visual, or digital materials.
  • Engage with clients to define the overall aesthetic, graphic components, and content of communication materials.
  • Select the most suitable medium to achieve the desired visual impact and communication effectiveness.
  • Create graphic elements that align with client objectives.
  • Set guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
  • Draft sketches, layouts, and graphic components.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Facilitate social and labor market integration through access to community resources and training.
  • Engage in recruitment efforts for individuals displaced by conflict or natural disasters.

  • Implement mentorship programs connecting newcomers with seasoned professionals.
Youth Support
  • Provide tailored on-the-job training for youth.
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct awareness training for employees to foster a welcoming environment for youth.
Veteran Support
  • Engage in targeted recruitment initiatives for Veterans and candidates with military backgrounds.
Indigenous Support
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
  • Deliver cultural competency training to promote an inclusive workplace for Indigenous employees.
