About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Future Illuminators Corporation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.

Business Development

Research and identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to pursue them.

Marketing Research

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Communication

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers, stakeholders, and the media.

Content Creation

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other collateral.

Media Relations

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage and other media opportunities.

Training and Development

Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers and stakeholders on our products and services.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Management

Supervise and manage a team of office and volunteer staff to ensure effective team performance.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

32 to 35 hours bi-weekly.
