Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at TD. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Develop and implement financial plans to help customers achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in banking or finance
  • IFIC or CSC certification
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
