  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the Canadian Architectural sector, with a preference for candidates with experience in British Columbia.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract administration for construction projects in Canada.
  • Experience across multiple disciplines, particularly in multi-family residential and commercial projects, with knowledge of wood frame, concrete, and non-combustible construction methods.
  • Proficiency in building technology, particularly in wood frame and concrete construction.
  • Ability to demonstrate design sensibilities while efficiently producing working drawings.
  • Thorough understanding of the BC Building Code Part 3 and ASHRAE 90.1 (knowledge of NECB is a plus).
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit and Sketchup being advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel to project sites as required.
  • Strong coordination skills with all stakeholders, including engineers, clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Adaptability in communication styles to suit various audiences.
  • Capability to tackle challenges proactively, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines while exhibiting flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Alignment with our organizational guiding principles.
