Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part Time Van Driver to join our team at CB Canada. As a Van Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of goods across the metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport goods and materials to and from various locations, adhering to strict timeframes and safety protocols.
  • Interact with customers and consignees in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential delivery issues, maintaining open communication with the Dispatch Officer.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of shipments as needed.
  • Monitor and report stock levels of packaging materials and labels.
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime during peak periods and occasional weekends.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Knowledge of the metropolitan area and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • Pleasant and proactive demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of cold chain management and hazardous materials handling.
