Job Title: Environmental Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Management Specialist to join our team at ERM: Environmental Resources Management. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of challenging projects for clients across a range of industry sectors, primarily focused on the mining/metals supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure and guide work processes to design, implement and improve enterprise-wide management systems, programs, policies, standards, with support from ERM subject matter experts, focusing on the mining/minerals supply chain.
  • Maintain a strong working and technical knowledge of critical mineral supply chain due diligence processes, and related drivers including emerging legislation and stakeholder led initiatives.
  • Interact with clients in the form of interviews at corporate, division, site levels as well as supporting and delivering presentations, trainings, and workshop facilitation.
  • Manage multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Distil and analyze complex data, trends, and concepts into clear and concise takeaways and executive summaries.
  • Develop perspectives on demand drivers, integrated services to meet client needs, go-to-market campaigns, and proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships and represent a full range of ERM services by staying knowledgeable of trends in the environment, health, safety and sustainability fields.
Requirements:
  • Experience creating clear deliverables for audiences ranging from corporate executives to plant-level operators.
  • Direct experience developing and implementing corporate strategy, organizational design, and/or process optimization.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization preferred.
  • Strong MS Office computer skills, with an advanced understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting tight deadlines, and traveling to clients as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, hard science preferred.
  • MBA;
