Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Crystal Clean Windows and Floors Inc. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial buildings, shopping centers, and retail establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Window and Floor Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and ability to travel to different locations.
