Concrete Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the concrete laboratory, ensuring thorough testing and monitoring of the production process.
- Guarantee adherence to mix designs and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to analyze test outcomes, facilitating the creation of high-quality ready-mix concrete.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to existing procedures.
- Execute corrective measures as necessary, in consultation with relevant operational staff.
- Represent the organization professionally when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Technical Qualifications
- A minimum of a two-year diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience in a Quality Control role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Current certification from CCIL / ACI for concrete testing, or a commitment to obtain it.
Business Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented, customer-centric environment.
- Awareness and compliance with all pertinent safety policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Possession of a valid Class G driver's license, with the capability to travel to various job sites as necessary.
