Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the concrete laboratory, ensuring thorough testing and monitoring of the production process.
  • Guarantee adherence to mix designs and project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with production supervisors to analyze test outcomes, facilitating the creation of high-quality ready-mix concrete.
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to existing procedures.

Technical Qualifications

  • A minimum of a two-year diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience in a Quality Control role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Current certification from CCIL / ACI for concrete testing, or a commitment to obtain it.

Business Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented, customer-centric environment.
  • Awareness and compliance with all pertinent safety policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid Class G driver's license, with the capability to travel to various job sites as necessary.
