About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Aliya's Foods Ltd. as a Quality Control Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and Analyze Data: Gather and compile records for analytical studies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Implement Quality Standards: Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are met.
  • Develop and Conduct Training Programs: Conduct safety training programs and assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures.
  • Design and Fabricate Experimental Apparatus: Assist in the design and fabrication of experimental apparatus to support quality control efforts.
  • Develop and Conduct Sampling and Analysis Programs: Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of quality control work.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Possess good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a quality control or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
