Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers to become a vital part of our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review, validate, and categorize vendor invoices, employee expenses, and statements.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and team members.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for credit card transactions and pre-authorizations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and demonstrate the ability to learn new software applications efficiently.
