About the Role:
The Store Operations Manager is a key member of our team at EightSix Network, responsible for protecting our assets and minimizing losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in our stores. This role requires a strong leader who can instill company values and customer promises within the team and in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain effective loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Assist the store management team in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including store management and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and retail operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
