Supplier Performance Analyst

At Aliaxis, we are dedicated to fostering a sustainable future by connecting communities with essential resources such as water and energy. We are currently seeking a Supplier Performance Analyst to enhance our procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities- Bill of Material (BOM) Management: Oversee BOM coverage for our production facilities while handling a minor portion of buy-sell responsibilities.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage and enhance inventory levels across manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of products at optimal costs, employing best practices in inventory management.
- Replenishment Initiatives: Initiate and execute replenishment strategies for BOM items, focusing on automation and process efficiency. This includes monitoring trends to establish key parameters such as minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with various teams (Scheduling, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales) to align Supply Chain activities with business objectives and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- KPI Reporting: Analyze and report on weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights into variances.
- ERP Master Data Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and currency of planning records in our ERP system as directed by the Purchasing Manager.
- Purchase Order Management: Validate MRP recommendations and release purchase orders while considering budget constraints and demand forecasts.
- Requisition Analysis: Monitor requisition systems, validate requirements, and create purchase orders for direct items.
- Inventory Control: Utilize KANBAN/Min-Max strategies to maintain adequate inventory levels for daily operations.
- Strategic Sourcing Collaboration: Work alongside Strategic Sourcing on sourcing initiatives, contract implementation, and ongoing vendor management.
- Order Management: Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of issued purchase orders through effective management tools.
- Quality Management: Address product complaints and resolutions through the Quality SCAR process.
- New Product Implementation: Support the introduction of new products utilizing a structured Stage Gate process led by Innovation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports related to purchasing and inventory management.
Applicants should possess:
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or SCMAO are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Purchasing, or related fields, preferably in a manufacturing context.
- Strong supply chain expertise with a focus on vendor management and strategic planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
