Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and skills
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, including transportation and warehousing
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Our warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and productivity. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

The primary language of communication in our warehouse is English.

Hours of Work:

Our warehouse operates on a 35-hour workweek, with regular hours from Monday to Friday.
