We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Production Analyst to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise across our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement network production targets to meet business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize network flow.
- Analyze and communicate merchandise availability by facility, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with facility production managers to ensure compliance with production targets and KPIs, and to identify and address any capacity gaps or bottlenecks.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in supply chain, distribution, or warehousing, with a strong background in logistics and operations.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or logistics, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced working experience with MS applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience with Visio, IBM Cognos TM1, Power BI, and Manhattan is considered an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $73,190 - $102,410 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
